Please follow the steps below after your return request has been approved:
a) Carefully pack the item to be returned, including all original packaging and tags. We will not be able to accept the return if the original packaging is not returned.
b) Request that our Customer Service collect the returned item at the given time and date.

3. In the odd event that your products is damaged when it arrives, please send us a photo of the damaged item. Any broken items in your shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Once you’ve completed the procedures above, we’ll offer you an exchange or refund. You can either request a complete refund in shop credits or a partial refund on your money.
5. Once we initiate a refund for prepaid orders, it will take 12 to 15 days for the funds to appear in your account.
