Devalko designs, manufactures and installs modular kitchens, wardrobes and doors. Our factory is at Devalko Factory, Unit 359, Udyog Kendra 2, Ecotech III, Greater Noida, U.P. 201306. This policy explains what personal details we collect through devalko.com, our social media pages and our advertisements (including Facebook and Instagram lead forms), and how we use them.

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and city or area.
• Project details: the product you are interested in, your timeline, approximate budget, and any message, floor plan or photos you send us.
• Lead form answers: when you fill in one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you submit with us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.

The 3D kitchen designer runs entirely in your browser. The design you create is kept in the page link only and is not sent to us unless you choose to share it (for example on WhatsApp).

• To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry, quote or site visit.
• To prepare designs, quotations and orders, and to deliver and install them.
• To provide after-sales service and warranty support.
• To send you occasional updates or offers, only if you have agreed to hear from us. You can opt out anytime.
• To improve our website and advertising, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We never sell your personal details. We share them only with:

• Our own team and installation partners working on your project.
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our email form service, WhatsApp and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They process data under their own privacy policies.
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may store a small setting in your browser (for example, to remember that you closed a pop-up button) which never leaves your device. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer records for as long as your warranty runs or the law requires (for example, for tax records). After that we delete them.

Your details are stored in access-controlled business accounts that only authorised staff can open. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. Just email or call us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
